CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS
All cancellations must be notified in writing.
50% refund if cancelled 31+ days prior to arrival.
No refund if cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival.
No refund will be given for a reduction of stay once you have checked in.
No refund will be given if you fail to show up for any reason.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unexpected incident or event that might occur during your travels.
BOOKINGS
50% deposit payable within 7 days of confirmation to secure your booking.
Balance payable 30 days before arrival.
We respect your privacy and your information will not be shared with any third party.
ADDITIONAL RULES
No parties or events. No bookings accepted from people under 21 years of age.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside.
People other than those in the guest party may not stay overnight in the property.
Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
Villa owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
Property and all furnishings to be kept in good order - only use appliances for their intended use.
Linens, towels are provided and replaced every 3rd day and are not permitted to be taken from the villa.
Our villa is located in a residential area with quiet time 10pm to 8am.
Management reserves the right to remove guests from the villa who do not oblige with these conditions; and any payment will not be refunded in this instance.
